• Booking form: your full name, email address, organisation and primary challenge. These are used only to arrange and prepare your consultation. They are checked on our server and passed to Calendly to pre-fill your booking; this website does not keep its own booking database.
• Calendly: scheduling is handled by Calendly, which stores your booking details, such as your name, email address, answers, chosen time and time zone. Calendly's own privacy notice applies.
• Booking confirmation: after you book, our server checks your booking with Calendly using its booking reference. The confirmation page shows your session time and, once your booking is verified, payment instructions.
• Payment: payment is made by bank transfer; this website does not collect card details. Payment confirmations or proof of transfer that you send may contain personal and financial transaction information, such as the payer name, bank and amount.
• Email: messages you send to our contact address, handled through Gmail / Google Workspace.
• Consultations: sessions take place on Google Meet.
• Hosting: our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process technical information such as IP address, request time and browser information.

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics. The embedded Calendly scheduler may use cookies or similar technologies; Calendly's cookie settings are available within the scheduler. Fonts are bundled with the website, so no font requests are sent to Google.

We do not sell personal data.

Please do not share personal or sensitive beneficiary data in the booking form or during the consultation.

We keep booking, payment and email records for one year, unless applicable law requires us to keep them for longer.

Depending on where you live, data-protection law may give you rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct or delete it. To make a request, contact muhammadkaleemakramofficial@gmail.com. We will respond in line with the law that applies to you.
