FAQ

Questions before you book

What can we cover in a consultation?

Any focused question within MEAL, humanitarian data management, Power BI dashboards, GIS mapping, Kobo/ODK/ONA, assessments, data quality, reporting or capacity building. The consultation is designed for advice and direction on one main challenge; larger pieces of work such as building a full system or dashboard can be scoped separately.

How should I prepare?

Describe your primary challenge clearly when you book. If relevant, have key documents to hand — for example your logframe, indicator list, data collection form or a sample of your data. Please do not share personal or sensitive beneficiary data.

How does scheduling work?

After submitting your challenge, you choose a time from the available slots in Calendly. Times are shown in your local time zone, and the meeting details are sent in your confirmation email.

How long is the consultation and what does it cost?

Each consultation is a 60-minute, one-to-one session for $99 USD.

How do I pay?

Payment is made by bank transfer after you schedule. Once your booking has been verified, the payment instructions are shown on your booking confirmation page.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Your confirmation email includes a link to reschedule. Please reschedule as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Where does the consultation take place?

Consultations are held online by video call, so you can join from anywhere.

Can you support us beyond the consultation?

Yes. If your needs go beyond a single session, we can discuss a separate consultancy engagement during or after the consultation.

Ready to make your data work harder for your programme?

Share your challenge, choose a time and leave your consultation with a clear plan of action.
