Cancellation & Refund Policy

A 60-minute, one-to-one online consultation on Google Meet for $99 USD, booked through Calendly.

Payment is made by bank transfer and is requested after your booking has been verified. Payment remains outstanding until Muhammad Kaleem Akram manually confirms your transfer.

• Payment is due at least 24 hours before your session.
• If payment has not been received by then, the booking may be cancelled, and you will be notified where practical.
• For bookings made less than 24 hours before the session, payment must be arranged and confirmed before the consultation.

Please transfer the equivalent of $99 USD. You are responsible for transfer fees, so that the full $99 USD equivalent is received. If fees or exchange rates cause a shortfall, you will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

You can reschedule once free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability, using the link in your Calendly confirmation email.

• If you cancel at least 48 hours before the session, you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are reviewed individually. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• An unpaid booking may be cancelled without any refund being due, because no payment was received. No additional cancellation charge applies.

• There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are delayed, please contact muhammadkaleemakramofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible.
• The session still ends at its scheduled time, so a late start may shorten it.
• If you have not joined or made contact within 15 minutes of the start time, the appointment may be treated as a no-show, subject to the circumstances and your applicable legal rights.
• Refunds or rescheduling after a no-show are considered individually, taking the circumstances and your applicable legal rights into account.

If Muhammad Kaleem Akram needs to cancel, you can choose either a full refund or free rescheduling.

If a session cannot go ahead because of technical problems, you will be offered rescheduling at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, an appropriate refund will be provided where required.

Refunds are normally initiated within 7 business days after approval, subject to any mandatory legal deadline. Refunds are normally made by bank transfer. Currency conversion and bank fees can affect the amount received; these will be handled fairly and in line with applicable law.

An invoice or payment confirmation is available on request. This website itself does not issue receipts.

The consultation provides advice and guidance; specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Nothing in this policy affects consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
